Overview
My Digital Ladder (MDL) began as a volunteer-driven high school program in 2017. It was formally established in 2020, as a nonprofit 501(c) 3 organization. MDL is an independent, non-political nonprofit corporation. Our mission is to expose underrepresented youth to high-demand skills, with the goal of fostering interest in the pursuit of higher education, internships, careers, and community involvement within the business community.

Mission Driven Programming
Who: Providing business instruction and mentorship to youth who historically have been underrepresented in the digital marketing community.
What: To certify future leaders in the digital marketing industry and beyond. To advance youth access to and foster interest in, the pursuit of higher education, internships, careers, and community involvement.
Where: Greater Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
How: Real-world digital marketing concept application, professional skills training, taught by industry experts, program mentorship, access to internships, all with the goal of full-time job opportunities.
Why: Equipping youth with high demand skills and opportunities to break through existing barriers to success and become future leaders in their communities.
